Strength & Conditioning Mission Statement

Squat Racks The Felician University Athletics Strength and Conditioning Department is committed to implementing and developing a program built around high-character student-athletes who possess two very key fundamentals: effort and attitude. This will give these young men and women a better opportunity to reach their full potential not only as athletes, but also as individuals. Our primary goal is to create and develop a strength and conditioning program that will put the student-athlete at a physical advantage and develop them to their greatest athletic potential.

Overall, it is the strength and conditioning department's responsibility to foster a well-rounded training program that will allow each athlete to perform at his or her best ability, as well as to help them develop for a life after athletics.

Felician University Strength and Conditioning is committed to the idea of sound mind, sound body.  We honor the values and visions of the University and support the ideals of the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) and the NCAA governing body.
