RUTHERFORD, N.J. – The Felician University women's cross-country team is listed at No. 8 in the most recent United States Track & Field and Cross-Country Coaches' Association (USTFCCCA) Division II East Region ranking, the USTFCCCA released on Tuesday.
Felician is recognized regionally for the fourth time this season. The Golden Falcons debuted at No. 9 in the Sept. 17 ranking, and after a two-week hiatus, returned at No. 10 on Oct. 8. On Oct. 15, Felician was ranked No. 7, believed to be a school record for any women's sport since the athletics program joined the NCAA in the fall of 2002.
The most recent ranking takes into account the region's three conference championship meets last weekend.
